Gisele Bündchen is Joining United Nation’s Wild for Life Campaign
The retired model, who has been a goodwill ambassador for the United Nation’s environment program since 2009, is one of the faces of the UN’s newest “Wild for Life Campaign.” The campaign seeks to raise awareness of, and fight against, the illegal poaching and trade of wildlife, which is threatening extinction to variety of animals.
“Much of the world’s wildlife is facing extinction. To overcome this we need a radical change in people’s attitude all over the world, so today I’m joining the fight to save these endangered species,” Bündchen said on her social media accounts.This is not the first time the former model has spoken out and advocated for protecting endangered animals.
