If you start to feel some stomach grumbles in between meals, the perfect snack to reach for is granola. Granola has a ton of health benefits including its ability to lower cholesterol, regulate digestion, aid in weight loss, improve your heart health, increase energy, and even more. An added bonus: it’s delicious and there are thousands of different ways to prepare it. Granola is easy to make and what makes it so convenient is that you can prepare an entire batch of it beforehand and grab it as a quick on-the-go snack whenever you need to. It’s really as simple as that! This past Sunday was National Granola Bar Day and we are absolutely not about to let that day pass us by without celebrating it properly!
